Q. How soon do you ship my order?
    A. We ship orders as soon as payment is received. No more than 24 hours after payment is received. Payments received during the weekend will be ship the next business day. As soon as we ship your order we send an email with a tracking number to the email address you provide and we also upload the tracking number to your ebay account.

Q. My item is Defective, am I able to return it?

    A. YES, all our items comes with warranty if for any reason something goes wrong you can send the item back to get a replacement or a refund. Return address is the same where the item came from. When returning an item make sure to include our Order ID Number and return item in its original box wih all its accesorries complete.

Q. Where is my product being shipped from?

    A. Our store is located in California.

Q. I change my mind, can I Return/Cancel the product?

    A. YES, if you decide to cancel before the next business day your order was placed and change your mind, please let us know right away either through Email or Phone call before we ship your product out. If you change your mind on the product upon recieving it, You can return it back to us on the address that it is provided on the Label and you request a refund. Be sure to return the product(s) complete.

Q. I have emailed you once and never got a response back?

    A. If you emailed us before and we did not respond, please try emailing us again. We always check our emails everyday, but sometimes we may miss your email or the email may not have went through.

Q. What are your business hours?

    A, Our Business hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. PST

Q. What is your return policy?
    A. We accept returns if your item did not work you can return it to get an exchange or refund. Contact us to get the authorization.
